At l'Hermitage, we have an above ground swimmingpool in the garden, a fitnessroom with sauna and hammam, a nice woodland, a table tennis...
The Charente river is directly opposite our front gate ,fishing is available with a “ Holyday license”.
  Civray has a very beautiful roman Church (Saint-Nicolas) and a lively market, there are restaurants and shops nearby, all in walking distance.
Close by there are tenniscourts, horse riding at 7 km and 16 km...

Some places to visit :
The monkey valley (Vallée des singes)  at Romagne, the old abbey of Charroux, the city of Confolens.
You can also visit the Futuroscope, the "Marais Poitevin" or the Cité de l'Ecrit in the old town of Montmorillon...
